At Hayco, quality is a process of continuous improvement, built in at every step.  It begins with product development through each and every process all the way to shipping. Quality is a mindset and a philosophy.

Working closely with customers, we design test protocols and product specifications early in the development phase. Our aims from the outset are to build ‘quality first’ in every step, and to exceed customer and end user expectations.

Our quality manuals and procedures are extensive. Training also forms a crucial role. Hayco’s quality training programs ensure every person has the right expertise and attitude; a quality mindset to never accept second best.

Testing at every stage ensures standards and specifications are met throughout the entire production process. In fact quality assessment begins before production. Our mass-spectrometer testing program and detailed specifications ensure the integrity of raw materials and components arriving from third party suppliers. Hayco is very strict in this area.

Another advantage of our testing regime is the ability to feedback information that can lead to further quality enhancements, thus creating a virtuous quality cycle. In our quest for quality, Hayco, not surprisingly, has received a number of quality assurance marks, such as the NSF and QS marks. But for us, the most obvious and important sign of quality is to be seen in the pride we take in every product we ship out the door.
